If you purchase a single pen, it will be shipped Priority USPS. If you purchase multiple pens that require a larger box, we will ship small or medium USPS Priority.

We want everyone to be happy with their purchases so if you are not, please let us know immediately. If we are unable to make things right, you will be required to ship your pen back to us at your expense. Then we will refund your money. Read the Refunds & Returns page for more information.

No. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Yes. We occasionally offer coupons. Sign up for our mailing list to be in the know and receive coupon codes.
