Established in 2017, Regal Scribe is a maker of fine writing instruments that are turned and assembled by Paul Cress. In his travels around the country, Paul sources beautiful and unique materials to create pens in his Maryland atelier.

Our mission is to create finely crafted writing instruments. Each item we create goes through a multi-step process to achieve the desired shape and finish. You will receive the exact object you see in the product photos. We do our best to photograph each item to accurately represent the colors and materials.
